We got hungry, as well as very tired, so we ventured into the rest of the massive convention building where PAX was located. There were many little restaurants of various types, from Subway to Tully's.

PAX isn't just about video games; there are many areas for tabletop gaming as well. On the second level, for instance, Steve Jackson Games had an area. They were very nice, and always willing to teach anyone any game they had; yet they weren't there to sell anything - just to play.

Think about that. Just to play.
Happily, there were a few game stores that had rooms, I eventually found them and was able to buy some of the games I got to play at the Steve Jackson area. I got Cthulu Munchkin and The Stars Must Be Right. Yay!
Back
One of the most kind and beneficent things at PAX was entire floors filled with oversize SUMO bean bag chairs. Eldenath and I were absolutely exhausted many times during PAX, And the solution was to simply crash on an available SUMO bag.
It was awesome and wonderful that they did this for folks. I don't think we could have survived without this option. I cannot stress enough how thoughtful the PAX people are.
Look! Kingdom Hearts costplay! Pretty amazing Heartless, I thought. Even the propeller in the hat spun.
Talim from Soul Calibur! That is Elde's favorite fighter to play, and she is devastating with Talim. What a neat costume!
Check out this uncanny Spider-Man! The costume actually had the web all 3D on the surface, just like the movie. Just a perfect job!
I got to meet the Prince of Cosmos from Katamari Damashi. Apparently, he is larger than he seems in the game. Namco had a lot of stuff at PAX.
I love the Katamari games, and I literally could not refrain from singing the theme - naaaah nah-nah nah nah nah nah-nah na nah na-na naaaaah....
Speaking of which, this was the Dungeons and Dragons game I got to play in.  Lots of games were represented at PAX.
